On average, our home inspections take 1.5 - 2 hours because we send teams of 2 inspectors to every inspection. In some cases, the inspection may be longer or shorter depending on the size and condition of the home. 

You are not required to attend the home inspection but we HIGHLY recommend that you do. Usually our clients arrive toward the end of the inspection so we can give you a thorough walkthrough and discuss our findings. After you have seen the property with one of our inspectors, you will find the written report easier to understand.

None. As a matter of fact, California doesn't require that home inspectors become certified. Here at Welcome Home Inspections, ALL of our inspector take 120 hours of classes to become certified and complete continuing education annually. 

No they are not. However, our inspectors are required to pass a background check.
