A Typical Day
- New serenity everyday as you inspect residential properties from roof to foundation
- Identify and document health and safety hazards, defects/deficiencies utilizing photos and videos
- Provide fast, accurate, and friendly service to our clients while educating them on the condition of a property they are investing in
- Must be willing and able to climb on a rooftop or crawl into an attic or crawlspace
- Must be able to work in extreme weather conditions
- Clearly communicate with our clients and agents at the end of each inspection to give them a verbal report of findings

We are searching for a Customer Service Coordinator that has a service-based attitude with over the top customer service skills. They will possess a genuine desire to be a team player, take great pride in their quality of work, have the ability to solve problems, and will consistently be attentive to detail.
This position requires someone who can be interrupted frequently, maintain a positive attitude, joyfully serve others and share our belief that people come first!
Main Duties
- Answering phones, emails, texts, and social media correspondence
- Scheduling daily appointments in a logistical manner accommodating for availability, duration, and service area.
- Daily follow up on incomplete/cancelled inspections.
- Data entry for agents and client information
- Scheduling inspections through our booking software, direct to agent and buyer accurate information.
- Returning voicemails and contacting online orders in a timely manner
- Minor administrative tasks
- Transferring calls to appropriate divisions and/or people
